For User Connecting to aBlazeNet
You can use any IRC clients to connect to aBlazeNet, also our website provides Java applets that will help you connect to our network from a web browser. Users having MSN WebTV can also chat on aBlazeNet, the link is provided below.

Requirements for Linking Chat Servers to our Network

The Server should have the name like ServerName.aBlazeNet.Com.

The Server must be stable with an average of 15 days uptime with out frequents pingouts and hosted in a good data center. Geographical location of the server will be considered.

The Server must be running InspIRCD with SSL enabled. We use a common settings for all our server, you should be able to pull our configuration files as and when necessary or allow us to push it.

Must have U-Lines for Services, Stats, the Server must have a static IP and must accept regular client connections on port 6667 and SSL on 6697.

Even while the Server Admins have the right to decide their own staff, they should be acceptable to the Network Management. All changes in staff must be intimated to the network management in advance.

The server will be provided test link for 30 days initially. No more that 1 Admin and 2 Global Ops will be allowed during this stage. Once the server is accepted, it will be entered to our DNS and will be included in the Round Robin DNS Pools of the network.

You need to provide the following info:

  1. Name and email address of the Owner
  2. Name and email address of Staff
  3. Details of the server.
    • Host (Shell Provider)
    • IP address
    • Geographical Location
    • Proposed Name

On receipt of application we will let you know our decision within 7 days
Existing networks/servers merging with us will be given certain exemptions
