Hi all

yes I'm alive and kickin, have a bit more access to the net now. I can now get into the forum so I figured I would register. One tidbit of news there is going to be a Mrs.CarNut soon (no exact date yet). Other then that and the possablility of a new job just trying to live the best I can looking forward to keeping in touch through the forum.

I Googled "online christian communities" and this site was the first one that popped up, so I thought I'd share this site that I started with you fine people.

I think from a Christian standpoint, a chat-room defeats the goal.For a long time now, the church has been slowly seperating itself from the community with things like chat-rooms, church outings, and community centers(ever think about going out in the community?). A church should work for the community, not spend "god's money" on building crazy elaborate place's of fellowship. There are people that don't even have clean water to drink! Congrats, now Christianity is a fashion statement.

Have you heard of the singer Drummond Walker? He is a wonderful wedding singer- we used him recently and he really made the day special with his wonderful interpretations of traditional hymns. We also found him on this forum so thanks! You should check him out if you are looking for someone classical.

Being a new Christian is something all brand new. Its like riding a bike after not doing so for a long time. So when it comes to love, we all know that HIS love is amazing but what about the "earthly love"? When we get attention from the opposite sex,(especially the ones who aren't Christians like us) what do we do about it? Some of us try to bring them close to Christ, while others don't for the fear of rejection. So we turn a blind eye and have fun, but what do you do when the issue of sex come up?
