I am just recently back into my faith and to kinda cement my life in the Lord in my life ive been making small little changes to help me keep the Lord in mind. One is ive taken to ending each transaction at work with Have a nice day, God bless you, so far ive only gotten a few comments but here is one that stuck with me. I had just gave a man his reciept and told him have a nice day, God Bless ya, when me says "Im suprised they let you say that here", I replied, "well they can either let me say it.....or they can fire me", he just smile and says, "oh they wont fire you" then grinning he flashes me his leather coat and there on the back is a big shield with a cross in the middle of it proclaiming that he is a biker gang devoted to christ, smiling the man nodded and left. So it just goes to show you, you never know who you could be talking to, do you?
the kenyan situation
i am amazed at the things i take for granted. it is very normal and common to say such things here in kenya, and it seems odd to me that one can't say such things openly without the threat of losing their job.
i am, however, scared that we are copying you guys out in the west too fast and our moral standards are steadily declining.
maybe it is a prayer issue that God would keep us firm in His convictions.

The Kenyan Situation
Oh my friend, I hear what your saying. It is so sad that this Nation, The USA, which was founded in liberty has slipped so far that now the minority seems to control the majority. I fear that God is about to judge us soon as a nation too for that. I pray that the same doesn't happen to you there. Thank you for the reminder. We need it. God bless you.
