I'm very happy to announce the birth of Evangeline Charlotte at 2253 on Thursday 27th September, she weighed in at 2lb 4oz, and Mhairi Grace at 0010 on Friday 28th September who weighed in at 1lb 7oz. Both girls are in the special care unit but they are surprisingly healthy for being born so small and roughly 10 weeks early (so the due date was way off!) Jen's doing good, her heart found the delivery hard but she's resting it off and she'll be up and back to normal by next week. The kids are waiting to be transferred to the sick kids hospital in Edinburgh as soon as they are stable for travelling. They're both on oxygen therapy and it looks like they have heart trouble but they've been given really good odds and it all depends on if they put the weight on, prayers would be appreciated!

Thank you all so much for prayers so far, the delivery went very smoothly with no need for Jen to have heart meds or strong pain killers, she got through it on gas and air.

I'll keep you all updated about their progress.
