I live in South Africa and I have no idea when a chat is. I dont really know what 9-10pm 'eastern time' actually means. So far I havn't managed to chat to anyone but I'd really like to.

I always tried to emphasis the need to express time in UTC for the events on internet so people from other countries know and understand when its happening. Unfortunately for many the world is limited within the borders of USA and expect everyone else to understand their time zone and state abbreviations .
