Chat problems.

For those that are having trouble staying connected, turn off your auto greets on your scripts, and it should work ok. We're still working on that problem. Please be patient while we iron that out.

Auto greet has nothing to do

Auto greet has nothing to do with staying connected............
Problems with staying connected is primly because of bad connection from your computer to the server, it can be between your computer and the modem or between the modem and the wall socket or the telephone line it self. Problem beyond that are very remote and will not be isolated ....... cause they are high traffic lines that carry gigabytes of data. It cannot be the server either cause if its so all users connected to that server should have the same problem.
A disconnection that last a fraction of a second wont make any difference while you browse or check email but it can break your connection with a server cause when you reconnect the server view you as a different user.

First, auto greets is

First, auto greets is something that's in a script, such as the ablaze script. If someone comes in, the script will automatically greet the person.
Second, on identifying, if you haven't been in and identified for your nickname within the last 14 days, if I'm not mistaken, the nickname automatically drops. Most any irc network is like that. You will need to re register the nickname.
The command to do that is /msg nickserv register password email-address
Replace the word password with the password you want to use, and the word email-address with your email address.
If you have any more problems, be sure to let us know.

Also what you are seeing is

Also what you are seeing is the registration for the website. That is a different registration than chats. You will need to reregister in chats as devilstomper showed you.
