Go into the zone alarm control panel. There should be a place there where you can allow your java application to connect to the internet. Also, I'm not sure on this, since I don't have zone alarm, but there might possibly be a place to add the url for the chat to a safe zone.

It'll let my java connect,
It'll let my java connect, cause I can chat on another forum I go to that has the java chat. I may have to try and use Mirc or something.

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
I know I'm connected to the internet.
Figured it out!
Just thought I'd let ya know I figured out how to get zone alarm to let me in. Thanks for the help.
